Founded by Linda Cook in 2015, Bespoke Homes began restoring investment properties in the DFW area. As someone who prides herself on growth, Linda earned a second bachelor of arts degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University and found herself taking over construction management from general contractors, while adding homeowners and investors as clientele. In 2023, Bespoke Homes evolved into a brokerage, and, after having spent the last two years in London, and working at an award winning luxury interior design firm in London, Madi Vaughan joined her mother as the Creative Director and a licensed Realtor.
Together, they are paving the way in Real Estate and Design, ready to help clients find and create spaces that inspire connection.

LINDA COOK
PRINCIPAL, MANAGING BROKER-REALTOR®Linda comes from a family with careers in many facets of real estate. While raising her own family, Linda began investing in, redesigning, and renovating properties in Dallas, and created Bespoke Homes. Always passionate about education, she returned to school and earned a second bachelor’s degree in interior architecture and design. Linda eventually found herself taking over construction management from general contractors, became a licensed Realtor® and added homeowners and investors as clientele. As the broker and principal designer of Bespoke Homes, she is paving the way for Real Estate and Design in Texas.

MADI VAUGHAN
CREATIVE DIRECTOR, REALTOR®Based in Dallas, Madi grew up in Southern California. As a young adult, she watched as her mom found purpose and creativity in brining old neglected homes back to life and has been inspired by it since.
Having spent the last two years in London, working at an award winning luxury design firm, Madi was thrilled to join her mother at Bespoke Homes in 2022. Her designs blend her present and past, weaving hints of the English Countryside with the California Coast. Madi is also a licensed Realtor®.
